SUBJECT : Announcement of New Policy
The purpose of writing this is to inform you about the recently introduced policy of providing a 45% rise in the salary of the employee with the highest sales.
I would like to introduce the new policy which is in regard to increase the salary of that one best employee by 45%. The policy would be in effect from Monday, 23 October 2023 and also take in the records of sales from 1 January. Such kind of policy is being implemented due to the intense competition in the market and thus we would like to motivate our employees to work harder and be rewarded in the end. Therefore, in order to enhance their productivity and as an appreciation, we would like to offer a 45% increase in the salary of that one employee who is able to make the maximum number of sales for the year.
I hope that the new policy would be followed by all the employees, and everyone will contribute to a successful implementation of the policy. Thank you for your cooperation.
