If you only dream about white collar jobs, unemployment is an acute problem in our country but if you are ready to do any job that contributes to the development of the country, employment opportunities are plenty in our country. Unemployment, this is become thread. People a left with no jobs to do even though they have high qualifications. It's not that people are not getting jobs due to scarcity of jobs, it's just that people are not ready to do blue collar jobs. If people have the dignity of labour then, they can contribute to the development of our country with a lot of employment opportunities in the country.
Everyone is their lives have their own dreams and everyone dreams to be someone big and rich (white collar jobs). No one dreams of being a person who is not capable of the anything and a burden to one's own family. Thus when people are not able to achieve the dreams, they refused to do blue collar jobs and then there is unemployment problem in the economy. This further proves that people need to be open to any kind of job in the market, be it blue collar or white collar.
Having a better understanding of the economy helps in developing it. In every country the white collared jobs are less than the blue collared jobs so everyone cannot be provided with the white one. How would a country develop if it's expenses are increased due to the collared job dilemma and it's unemployment rate increases every year. It is very essential for the blue collar and white collar jobs to be in sync for a better and stronger independent economy.
Once the two types of job are well organized and work together, it would greatly contribute to the development as well as more employment opportunities for the upcoming generation. Be it blue collared or white collared, everyone is earning for themselves and are equally important for the whole country to be united and work together towards prosperity and happiness.
In general, blue-collar workers generally perform manual labor and are paid on a daily basis whereas white-collar workers, on the other hand, can be found in office settings in clerical, administrative, or management roles. These people normally earn an annual salary. One cannot function without the other so respect shall be given equally to both.
