According to ONG the justice feed, approximately 70% of the teenagers from 10 to 18 years old usually have this kind of drinks and the 12% of them consume more than 7 liters a month.Even 20% of the children from 3 to 10 years old, feel attracted by these fizzy drinks.
The ONG Justice feed proposes prohibiting the sale of energy drinks to smaller than 18 years of age in the State and demands exhaustive regulation from the Ministry of Consumer Affairs to address the risks associated with the consumption of these drinks, since there is an absence of "clear regulation." and specific" for this type of products on the market.
