Ikasturte honetan, Berrikuntza (LET'S MOVIE) eta eTwinning proiektuekin (BAZTAN WORKSHOPS, BETTER TOGETHER) sortutako lanetariko batzuk txertatu ditugu hemen. Egindako bideoetan, litekeena da ikasle batzuk ez agertzea, COVID-19a dela eta grabaketa prozesua eten egin baitgenuen.

Hemos adjuntado algunos de los trabajos hechos en relación a los Proyectos de Innovación (LET'S MOVIE) y eTwinning (BAZTAN WORKSHOPS, BETTER TOGETHER) que hemos realizado durante este curso escolar. Es posible que algunxs alumnxs no aparezcan en los vídeos, puesto que tuvimos que parar el proceso de grabación por la COVID-19.

INTRODUCTIONS

The students from 11 schools in Baztan join the weekly Workshops held in Irurita when they are in Year 4. This means that when Year 4 students first come to the Irurita Workshops, they don't know each other. That's why it's important to introduce themselves to other students.

SCRATCH TAILERRAK

Students made introductions using Scratch.

What is Scratch? Scratch is a visual-based programming language that's child-friendly with a thriving community and a large playground. Scratch projects encourage children to explore programming early on .

RECOGNIZING AND MANAGING YOUR EMOTIONS

What are the emotions? How long do they last? How many emotions can you name?

Students recognized the four main emotions; happiness, sadness, anger and fear. They also recognized their physical signs in their bodies, such as; getting hot, getting red, stomachache, headache, changes in heart/breathing, etc. Then students took a close look to the importance of accepting and allowing themselves to feel their emotions.

We used to watch a video in class and discuss about our reactions. Students listed some useful ways to express their feelings like, writing in a diary, talking to someone, listening to music...

We watched this video and discussed about the importance of empathy and students shared some respectful ideas.

RAINBOW MURAL

Students answered to the following question; "What makes you happy?" and they made the rainbow mural with some useful ideas.

The selected song and choreography

Taking into account that the topic for the final show dealt with living in harmony and respect in our schools, we chose a song to suit the topic. Here you can see the song and the choreography.

Rehearsing the song and the choreography

Each group learned the lyrics and rehearsed the choreography in class during some weeks. When we felt confident enough, we started rehearsing together in the square in front of the school. Miren Z organised the loudspeakers, while Amaia led the students in their dancing. You can see one of the rehearsals on this video . We had a lot of fun!

DAILY ROUTINES

Since students join the Irurita Workshops when they are in Year 4 of Primary Education, they usually feel a bit anxious towards the end of Year 3, because they don't quite know what to expect.

Knowing that, we thought it would be a good idea to create some materials that Year 3 students could watch before joining the Irurita Workshops. That's why during the 2019-2020 academic year the students in Year 4 created some videos showing what a typical day at the Irurita Workshops looks like.

Our intention was to send those videos to the 11 schools before the end of the academic year, so all Year 3 students could watch them. But COVID-19 got in the way, and we couln't finish our videos. Still, we have edited some videos, even if they are not as complete as we had planned.

Erreboteko tailerretan egiten diren jarduerekin, 3. mailako ikasleei erakusteko, bideo bat sortu nahi genuen. Ez ohiko egoerak bultzatuta ez genuen denborarik izan grabaketa guztiak egiteko, horregatik ez dira ikasle guztiak solasean agertuko.

Teníamos programado grabar unos vídeos para los alumnxs de tercero, enseñando las actividades que hacemos en los talleres de los miércoles. Desafortunadamente, no pudimos realizar todas las grabaciones, por lo que es posible que no hablen todxs lxs alumnxs en los vídeos.
