Oliver, Class of '25
I am currently studying English Literature and Philosophy at the University of Edinburgh.
Completing IB was incredibly rewarding for me academically and personally. Not only did I meet some tremendous people, but the diploma programme taught me critical skills that have continually allowed me to grow as a person and in further studies.
The IB helped me find out where my true strengths lie and, more importantly, my real passions. I learned that doing what you actually enjoy is of utmost importance not only to the programme but to life in general, and that life (your deadlines and exams) will not wait for you.
Most importantly, however, Hvitfeldtska was a place where I failed innumerable times and learned to get back up on my feet and do better, an invaluable experience.
