Toddlers & Under Five's

Children will follow their parents eating patterns so it is vital that good eating habits are formed at an early age.

A healthy balanced diet is recommended.

·       Calcium and Vitamin D for strong bones and teeth

·       Complex carbohydrate for slow release energy

·       Iron and vitamin c for red blood cells so oxygen is transported around the body to prevent tiredness

Fruit and vegetables and fibre to prevent constipation
