child's original birth certificate
proof of address (most recent council tax assessment letter and a utility bill dated in the past 6 months)
Not moved in yet? If you have reserved your property but are not yet moved in, a solicitors letter confirming conclusion of missives (if purchasing) or a signed rental agreement (if renting) are appropriate.
