4. World Café

   • Small-Group Rounds: The process will be to host three, fifteen - minute rounds of conversation in small groups of four or five people seated around a table. At the end of the fifteen minutes, each member of the group moves to a different new table. 

   • Questions: each table will have three specific questions for discussion. There will be poster paper for the group to add thoughts or ideas too. After the first round, new participants at a table will review what was discussed and add additional insights.

   • Harvest: After the small group discussion rounds, individuals are invited to share insights or other results from their conversations with the rest of the large group.

   • How can School Councils communicate with each other? Share resources? Coordinate fundraising?

   • What great parent events have you hosted and what events should our schools have? Is it possible to plan a few together? (ASCA Grant)

   • How is your Council or Fundraising Association keeping Parents informed/engaged? How do you recruit new members?
