Pilates two times a week
I had my first Pilates classes this month and I'm already looking forward to the next ones. I have never done Pilates before but I think it's super popular now so I wanted to give it a try. I found a Pilates studio near my house and plan to go there once a week. My goal is to get stronger and challenge myself to try new things. This is out of my comfort zone since I usually like working out alone. But here we have a group of people whom I will be working out with. It feels kind of strange but I will also work on my team work skills.

Returning to soccer after a break was invigorating, with practices emphasizing teamwork and communication through drills focused on passing precision and synchronized movements. Intense training sessions honed individual skills like dribbling, shooting, and defending, laying a strong foundation for success on the field. Our first game of the season was a mix of nerves and determination, highlighting the strength of team camaraderie regardless of the outcome. An unfortunate injury served as a reminder of soccer's physical demands, while tough losses provided valuable lessons. Reflecting on personal growth, I'm eager to tackle the challenges of the upcoming month with renewed determination and enthusiasm on the field.
