Create, Edit & Share a Note

1 > Create a new list and title it ‘Supplies’

2 > Add three items to the list

3 > Share the list with someone who will contribute 

4 > Change color of note and pin to top

5>  Label the note 'Clerical'

Set a Reminder

1 > Click a note

2 > On the bottom left set a reminder by time

3 > Select another note and set a reminder by location

Create note with drawing

1 > Select the drawing tool to create your note

2 > Select your tool and colors and click and drag to draw

3 > Select the back icon and then if desired, add a title and close.

Use Camera to OCR a Document

1 > Using the mobile app, open keep and select the image>take photo

2 > Photograph an article, business card or other document with text and save it to Keep

3 > Open in Keep and select the menu in the top right corner and 'Grab Image Text'

4> Archive or delete the note
