Google Forms

Level 1 Fundamental Description:

Google Forms allows users to create a survey (to collect data) or questionnaire (many educators use as a quiz maker) quickly. Forms are created in the QUESTIONS tab. Responses to the Form are collected in the RESPONSES tab.

Users can also choose to create a new spreadsheet to list responses. The data can then be easily sorted, calculated, and charted.

Possible question types include multiple choice, check all that apply, dropdown, scales, grids, date, time, short answer, and paragraph answer. Images and YouTube videos can be inserted before/after questions and images can be used as answers to questions in MC-type and checkbox questions.
