Q: How do I get my voucher code to take the exam?
A: Fill out this EdTechTeam Google Form to request and get your voucher code. Please make sure you use the email you used when registering for the Bootcamp as your Form submission will be checked against that email address.
Q: What happens if I need a second code to retake the exam?
A: Complete the same EdTechTeam Google Form and we will send you a second code should you need it to retake the exam. Keep in mind, this process will ask you to fill out a second Form to help us keep track of our voucher code inventory.
Q: Do I need to use the same email to register for the actual Google Exam?
A: No, you can use any email when registering for Google's Level 1 and/or 2 exam. We recommend educators use their personal Gmail account when registering for any Google certifications as they never know what circumstances will bring them out of their current teaching position and into another district or school. However, it is recommended you use the same account for both Level 1 and Level 2 exams.
Q: What should I do if I experience any difficulty while registering for the exam, taking the exam, or getting my results?
A: Google has a Exam Support Google Form that users can complete if they experience any difficulties with their exam process. Be sure to be as detailed as possible when describing what happened. Google exam support will usually get back to you in 48 hours and, if there is a time-sensitive issue (i.e. your exam is about to expire), they will usually reset your exam and give you more time. If they can't help you, please contact support@edtechteam.com and we will work with you to find a solution.
Q: How long is my EdTechTeam Level 1 and/or Level 2 voucher code good for?
A: Voucher codes are good for 6 months from the time you receive the code from our system. If you experience any difficulty with it, please contact us at support@edtechteam.com
Q: I went through the Level 1 and/or 2 Certification Bootcamps, what is next?
A: If you are asking this question then Google Certified Trainer is for you. We are looking for hosts to hold EdTechTeam's Google Certified Trainer Bootcamp. Let us know if you are interested by completing this EdTechTeam Request Form and we will contact you to explore the possibilities! Note: Level 1 and 2 are mandatory for attending an EdTechTeam Google Certified Trainer Bootcamp and applying to become a Google Certified Trainer.
