All member clubs must be in good standing with RA and the ERU in order to enter a team into all leagues and competitions.
A $200 team fee must be paid by 15th July - this amount is refundable at the end of the season contigent upon forfeitures and team conduct.

All players taking part in ERU competitions must be registered and listed on an official team sheet prior to taking the field.
Online team sheets will be available for each club on Sportlomo. Clubs on combined teams are to list their players on their appropriate club teamsheet. More information about digital team sheets process will be provided to Junior Directors.
Clubs fielding two teams in the same division and teams that are a combination of clubs are to complete the "TEAM SHEETS ONLY" Digital Roster

All players are wearing the appropriate jersey number;
Front row players are indicated with “FR”;
Dual membership players are indicated with “G”;
Foreign players are indicated with “I”
Any substitutions or revisions to the digital team sheet must be done online within 24 hours of the game’s completion.
Failure to complete or revise a team sheet within the 24-hour limit will result in a defaulted game for the offending team. No change in the team sheet or addition to the team sheet shall be permitted after the commencement of the game except:
Where a player is late and their name has been included on the team sheet prior to the game, they will be permitted to participate;
When a player has been inadvertently omitted from the team sheet, the respective club has 24 hours after the conclusion of the match to make the necessary addition.
Failure to correctly complete all details of the team sheet may result in such player being ineligible for further play and the team being subject to sanctioning.
