The iPad will likely be in "limbo" meaning it's awaiting sign in.
2. Unlock the device then click on Mosyle School.
3. From the sign on screen, click the QR code button to scan the student's QR code. If you don't have their QR code, use the student's 3x4. No password is required.
Possible Solutions:
Open the App Switcher (swipe up from the bottom edge and pause in the center of the screen) then swipe up on the app to close it. Reopen the app from the Home Screen.
Turn the iPad off then on.
Force restart the iPad.
Delete history, cache, and cookies.
Ensure the iPad is up to date. Update if not.
Settings > General > Software Update
Delete and reinstall the problematic app.
Press the top button and volume button at the same time and hold until the power off slider appears.
Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons. OR press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
