I cannot log into Canvas. How do I log into Canvas?
Elementary Students: Verify your login information with your teacher.
Secondary Students: Your Canvas login information is the same information you use to log into a computer. If you change your password on a computer, your password will change for Canvas. If you are having trouble logging in, verify these questions:
- Are you going to the Edmond Canvas site: edmondschools.instructure.com ? (Simply "googling" for Canvas will not get you to the correct website.) You can find the Edmond Canvas login link by clicking on "EPS Bookmarks" on your Chrome bookmarks bar.
- Are you using your 3x4 (3 initials and last 4 numbers of your student ID), not your email address.
- Are you using the same password you use to log into a computer?
If you are still having trouble after verifying these questions,

All of my courses are not showing up on the Dashboard. How can I see all of my Courses?
Follow the steps below to see if you can locate the course(s).
1) Click "Courses" on the left hand Global Navigation menu.
2) Click "All Courses." Now you will see all of the courses in which you are currently enrolled.
3) Click the "star" in front of the courses you want to see on your Dashboard. If you do not see the course you are looking for, check with your teacher.
How do I rename a course on the Dashboard?
1) Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the course card.
2) In the box under "Nickname:" start typing a name for your course. (You might not be able to delete the words that are there; just start typing.)
How do I change the color for a course card on the Dashboard?
1) Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the course card.
2) Click on the color you would like associated with the course.
LockDown Browser will not let me log in. How do I log in?
If you are not viewing a Canvas login box with the Edmond "E" logo, you have selected the wrong school. Follow the steps below to select the correct school:
1) While viewing the login screen, click the "gear" icon (might look like a flower) at the end of the menu toolbar.
2) Search for "Edmond Public Schools." (Not Edmonds School District.)
3) Click on "Edmond Public Schools."
