About Band and Orchestra

Woodbrook Elementary School has an instrumental program truly devoted to providing a variety of opportunities to its young musicians. The 300+ student instrumental program boasts a diverse assortment of musical groups. All of the groups in the Woodbrook Instrumental Program open endless opportunities for students to truly involve themselves in the world around them.

Class Structure

Band and Orchestra lessons meet once a week using a pull out lesson schedule. Students are pulled out of class for a 45 minute lesson. Our grade-level teachers are aware of the music schedule and plan around it, though students are responsible to make up work/assignments.

At the end of the school year, students perform in a Spring concert to showcase their musical skills.
