الزملاء الأعزاء،

تماشيًا مع التزامنا المستمر بتلبية الاحتياجات الفريدة لمجتمعنا المدرسي، قمنا منذ ديسمبر 2023 بإجراء مراجعة شاملة لسياسات الموارد البشرية لدينا. وقد ركزت هذه المراجعة على ضمان أن تكون السياسات مدروسة، متسقة، وتستجيب لواقع العمل في مجال التعليم من الروضة حتى الصف الثاني عشر، بما في ذلك برامج الاحتياجات التعليمية الخاصة والجسر الأكاديمي.

يسعدنا أن نُقدّم لكم النسخة المُحدّثة من دليل سياسات الموارد البشرية للتعليم ما قبل الجامعي، والمُعدّة خصيصًا لمدارس مؤسسة قطر والمراكز التابعة لها. وبينما تبقى هذه السياسات متوافقة مع القيم الأساسية لمؤسسة قطر، فإن التحديث يراعي خصوصية البيئة الفريدة لمجتمعاتنا التعليمية.

وعليه، فقد تم اعتماد الممارسات التي تتماشى مع رؤيتنا وقيمنا وطبيعة عملنا. تعكس هذه التغييرات التزامنا بتوفير بيئة عمل تعليمية داعمة تتمتع بالعدالة والشفافية. ونشجع جميع الموظفين على مراجعة السياسات المُحدّثة والاطلاع عليها عبر "مكتبي"، ودمجها في ممارساتهم اليومية لضمان استمرار التوافق والالتزام.

In line with our ongoing commitment to meeting the unique needs of our school community, we have conducted a comprehensive review of our Human Resources policies since December 2023. This review focused on ensuring that the policies are well-structured, consistent, and responsive to the realities of working in education from early childhood through Grade 12, including Special Educational Needs programs and the Academic Bridge Program.

We are pleased to introduce the updated version of the Pre-University Education Human Resources Policy Manual, specifically tailored for Qatar Foundation schools and affiliated centers. While these policies remain aligned with the core values of Qatar Foundation, the updates reflect the unique characteristics of our educational communities.

Accordingly, only practices that align with our vision, values, and the nature of our work have been adopted. These changes underscore our commitment to fostering a supportive educational work environment grounded in fairness and transparency.

We encourage all employees to review the updated policies through Maktabi and incorporate them into their daily practices to ensure continued alignment and compliance.
