Here are the updated school trip forms
Consider these points:
1.Before leaving on any trip, prepare the following letters in compliance with the Education Ministry's requirements.
2. You must choose a school trip accreditation body from the list (attached already) or any other location within QF.
3. The field trip parent letter of the trip must be sent to the parents at least two days.
4. Review of health status of students by the school nurse before leaving on the trip.
5. After the trip/activity fill in the impact and incident form.

يرجى الاطلاع على النماذج المحدثة للرحلات المدرسية المرفقة (4 خطابات مطلوب تقديمها قبل الذهاب إلى الرحلة)
يرجى ملاحظة العناصر التالية:
1-يجب تحضير الرسائل التالية قبل الذهاب الى أي رحلة حسب طلب وزارة التربية والتعليم
2-يجب عليك اختيار الرحلة التالية من هيئات اعتماد الرحلة المدرسية المدرجة (مرفقة بالفعل) أو أي أماكن داخل مؤسسة قطر.
3-يجب تقديم الخطاب المطلوب للرحلة قبل يومين عن طريق البريد.
4-مراجعة ممرضة المدرسة عن الحالة الصحية للطلاب قبل الذهاب في الرحلة.
5- املء نموذج أثر النشاط \ الرحلة وسجل الحوادث بعد الانتهاء من النشاط أو الرحلة
