• 4: Appropriately applies rules/boundaries/strategies and equipment
• 3: Uses rules/boundaries/strategies and equipment
• 2: Demonstrates basic understanding of rules/boundaries and equipment
• 1: Knows rules/boundaries/strategies and equipment
• 0: Demonstrates inconsistent rules/boundaries/strategies and equipment

Participation/Performance

• 4: Appropriately utilizes advanced level of skill
• 3: Appropriately demonstrates competent level of skill
• 2: Demonstrates basic skill level
• 1: Demonstrates inconsistent skills
