Join the CMS Cross Country Remind app. This is how we will communicate with our runners to send out info and updates. Parents, you can install this on any smartphone (android/ipohone) and get the updates your child gets. Everyone sign up as a student and use first.last as your user name.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION - CMS Cross Country will include 6th, 7th and 8th graders attending CMS, EP Online or home schooled athletes.
Athletes must register in order to participate. Use this link to register.
Practice begins on Monday, August 14th at the EPHS Wrestling Room. Practices are 8-10am the week of the 14th and 21st. The week of the 28th (Workshop Week) practices are 3:30-5pm.
Once school starts, practice will be 4:20-5:35pm at CMS. We will have an activity bus to get kids home or parents can pick up at CMS.
