TEAM ROP expects beginning teachers to use their district's instructional rubric (e.g., CCT Rubric for Effective Teaching, etc.) to self reflect and set a goal at the start of the module. Your TEAM dashboard may not be updated with your district's instructional rubric, and it may include the CCT Performance Profile instead.
