TEAM ROP expects beginning teachers to use their district's instructional rubric (e.g., CCT Rubric for Effective Teaching, etc.) to self reflect and set a goal at the start of the module. Your TEAM dashboard may not be updated with your district's instructional rubric, and it may include the CCT Performance Profile instead.

The crosswalk document will help you see how the indicators of your rubric align to what you will find in the CCT Performance Profile on your dashboard.
