Stressed? Anxious?
It is common to feel overwhelmed by the demands of schoolwork. Stress is a normal part of life! We often experience it when starting something new, giving a presentation, or preparing for final exams.
“Stress can be a positive thing! Some nervousness can help motivate us to work hard, focus, and perform our best. It shows a test or exam is important to us.”
Try and keep stress within a manageable range. If stress becomes too intense, it can interfere with your ability to study, impact your relationships, and affect your physical or mental health.
How do I do that?!
