The goals of our secondary planning process are for students to be able to access the classes that they require to complete their diploma requirements and to support them to be equipped for their future plans. Students who have not completed their diplomas will be loaded first in the scheduling process. This process will mean that the students who have not yet graduated will be prioritized in the course scheduling process.
Students who achieve their OSSD in June 2026 will be able to register to return to school in the Fall following their graduation. School staff will meet with all students who are graduating in June 2026 and plan to return in September 2026 for at least one semester to ensure they are aware that they will not receive their timetables until those for non-graduating students are fulfilled.
If you or your child have extenuating circumstances that you believe the school should consider (for example, need to complete a course prerequisite for admission to a post-secondary program, etc.), or if you have any questions, please reach out to the Student Services Department.
