As an extension to the Introduction to Networks course, students learn to build and configure networks beyond the introductory level. Students build virtual networks, connect large networks together, and resolve common issues with developing a network for a large site. Upon completion, students are prepared to test for their CISCO Certified Entry Network Technician (CCENT). This certification is a worldwide recognized achievement that demonstrates a person’s ability to build, maintain, secure and troubleshoot networks as an entry-level career.
