Spring 2024: Grades 4, 5, 7, and 8 reading and mathematics EOGs administered statewide
Spring 2025: Grades 3-8 EOGs reading and mathematics administered statewide
The assigning of test forms is based on NC Check-Ins 2.0 data.
Students must complete at least two check-ins to have a personalized form assigned.
