A number of things must be done during the semester in which you plan to graduate. Please make sure you pay attention to the departmental deadlines set forth by the ECE Graduate Studies Office in the Graduation deadlines checklist. (The Graduate School deadlines may be later, but you should adhere to GSO deadlines in order to ensure timely processing.) 

Students must be enrolled in the semester in which they plan to graduate, and apply online for graduation via: 

1. Testudo (Graduate School)

Ph.D. students must submit the following to the Graduate Studies Office: 

1. Nomination of Thesis or Dissertation Committee form

2. Electronic Report of the Examining Committee (REC) form. This form is emailed to the committee at the time of the defense and should be electronically signed.

**The final, approved electronic version of your thesis must be submitted to the Graduate School via ETD. Please refer to the Graduate School’s Thesis and Dissertation Style Guide.
