On 09 October 2024, three of EBR's finest JROTC Programs assisted with the Annual "Horseshoe Tournament" for kids with special needs.  Broadmoor, Belaire and Istrouma High School JROTC cadets provided community service assistance for  41 EBR Special Need School programs.  Our cadets did an outstanding job and received an immense amount of favorable compliments.  "Great Job"
