Dear Families
I would like to thank everyone who has completed our PSHE parent questionnaire. We have been overwhelmed with the number of resonses and feel incredibl grateful that we can work together on this important aspect of our curriculum. If you have not yet completed the questionnaire please can I invite you to do this. A link to the form can be found here.
We have had a wonderful day in school today, the atmosphere has been filled with purpose, enjoyment and lots of wonderful discussions linked to Spanish and DT. This is what our children have been saying:
I’m already having fun and the day has only just started. I can’t wait to make the fans and use them in the dance this afternoon (Josh)
I love the designs and I can’t wait to pinch some ideas to use on my own fan (Marcia)
I’m loving the writing as my head is exploding with ideas (Autumn)
This is the best day ever! (Amelia)
I feel super excited because this is the best DT day (Dylan)
I’m not using tissue because it’s too noisy when I’m dancing (Jessica)
Please visit our X page to have a look at photographs of the fans the children have been designing and making for flamenco dancing, they are absolutely delightful!
Please can I take the opportunity to remind all of our families that it is individual school photo day on Wednesday. Information will follow in regards to this on Monday.
Have a lovely weekend, with very best wishes
Mrs Winter
If you have a concern about the safety or welfare of a child in school please contact myself,
Mrs Cowling or Ms Steunou who are the safeguarding leads.
Please can we ask that your child does not ride their bikes or scooters on the school grounds.
Children are not play on the wooden trim trail before and after school.
Children are not play football on the field and playground before or after school.
As the school continues to grow the playground is getting busier and busier and it is important we keep everyone safe.
We would also like to encourage parents and children to not cross roads where visibility is reduced to ensure that roads are clear before crossing.
