Good afternoon,

We hope you enjoy the bank holiday weekend and will see you ready for another exciting week in school on Tuesday!

Next week is our whole school 'Learn through week' which will focus on 'Master of the Art's. 

On Wednesday we will have our KS1 DT day.

On Thursday the children will be taking part in an exciting Circus Skills workshop so don't be surprised if the children come home experts at spinning plates!

In Maths next week the children will be learning:

Year 1 Maths

The children will be measuring the length of different objects using both non-standard measures and then a ruler. They will learn how to use a ruler correctly and have plenty of opportunities to practice this across the week. 

Year 2 Maths

The children will be learning about fractions including half, quarter and thirds.
