Good afternoon,
This week the children enjoyed a music day where the children produced their own 16 beat song, which they wrote lyrics for and produced on Google Music Lab’s Song Maker and performed to the team! The children have also really enjoyed starting and drafting their Ancient Adventurers sagas. The children really enjoyed choosing which period of history they wanted to write about and getting the opportunity to create a creative piece of writing! Year 3 also loved their final Rugby session with York Knights, where we had a small rugby festival, playing different games with both teams!
Next week:
We have our rearranged Den Building curriculum day on Monday where the teams will be experiencing what life was like for the Maya and making their own shelters! We have a DT day on Wednesday where the children are designing and creating their own Maya computer game.
