Hello! My name is Mrs. Frei and I am so excited to be your fourth grade teacher! This year I will be teaching STEM -Math and Science! I am a graduate of DeSales University where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I also completed my Master's Degree in Educational Development and Strategies from Wilkes University.
My husband and I have two girls, ages 14 and 11! You will hear many funny stories about them! We have a very active dog named, Chance. We rescued him four years ago and he is our pride and joy! We like to go to the beach, Dorney Park, zoos, aquariums, museums and go for long walks around our neighborhood. My daughters both have a lot of hobbies, so it is likely that you will see me at the soccer field/drama performances/gym/ Petco etc.! My own hobbies include reading, CrossFit, doing home projects, looking for treasures at flea markets and gardening.
You will quickly learn that I love to laugh and "celebrate your weird." What I mean by that, is I celebrate the unique and creative person that you are. We are all different and that is what makes you, you!
Homework for all 4th grade classes is updated daily on a shared Google Doc. Please access the homework page here.

Supply List:
2 packs of wooden #2 pencils (Ticonderoga brand is the best!)
Small pencil sharpener
Erasers
24 count Crayola crayons
12 or 24 count Crayola colored pencils
2 black fine tip permanent markers (Sharpie)
2 highlighters
Scissors
3 Elmer’s glue sticks
3 Expo markers
1 inexpensive stylus for iPad use
A pencil pouch or box to store the above supplies
Water bottle (some type of lid/top that if knocked over, water should not come out)
2 pairs of USB-C earbuds or headphones (These will be used on a daily basis!)
Note: We ask for 2 pairs because we recommend keeping one at school and one at home as a back up!
IMPORTANT NOTE: The headphones your child used last year will not work with this year’s new iPads. The headphones must be USB-C wired in order to plug into the accessible port.
**NOTE: If your child misplaces any of these supplies throughout the school year, please check in with your child and replace the items.
*Any classroom donations of tissues, disinfectant wipes, and hand sanitizer are always greatly appreciated!*
