Requirements for Community Service:

• • GRADUATION REQUIREMENT: 40 TOTAL VOLUNTEER HOURS DURING FOUR YEARS AT ELHS

  • DOCUMENTATION:

    1. Pick up a "Documentation Form" in Guidance, the Career Center, or print one from the "Documentation Form" tab located under the "Volunteer" tab in this website.

    2. Email a copy of your completed "Documentation Form" to Mr. Maccarini or drop it off in the Career Center across from the office.

    3. View your total documented hours in the "Student Hours Log" tab located under the "Volunteer" tab in this website.

Guidelines for Community Service:

• • Performed Without Compensation (not paid)

  • Performed For A NON-Profit Organization (you cannot work for "free" at a For-Profit Business - UNLESS it is a community service event)

  • Not Court Ordered

  • Not Performed During School Hours

  • Not Supervised By Relatives (exceptions do apply - see Mr. Maccarini)
