DOCUMENTATION:

• • 1. Print a "Documentation Form" or pick one up in Guidance or the Career Center

    2. Turn in your completed "Documentation Form" to Mr. Maccarini in the Career Center or email a picture of your form to marc.maccarini@eastlongmeadowma.gov to receive credit for your hours

    3. View your total documented hours in the "Student Hours Log" tab located under the main "Volunteer" tab in this website
