Guidance Department

About our Counseling Department Department

The ELHS Counseling Department works to provide students assistance in developing an effective high school and post-secondary plan that best represents their strengths and interests. Counselors engage students in discussions regarding their academic progress and interest in order to help navigate the most appropriate path towards college or a career. In the counseling center, students can receive information about SAT/ACT/SAT/AP testing, financial aid, college selection, scholarship opportunities and more. Our counseling department also supports the social and emotional needs of our students with our inclusion of a full-time adjustment counselor. Students are encouraged to visit the counseling center for any of these needs.
