About ELCAT
ELCAT, East Longmeadow Community Access Television, provides comprehensive coverage of local government, school and community events and ELHS Spartan sports. Located in the High School Annex next to the ELPS Central Office, the ELCAT Studio and staff provide instructional resources for ELHS students interested in filmmaking, media production, community and civic engagement, sports production and broadcasting. Our YouTube Channel has over 4,000 videos available on-demand with new programs each week.
