Q: I do not see my printers.
A: First reboot to see if they are pushed back out. It can take a couple reboots to have the printers pushed out to your device. If they are still not there, email helpdesk.
Q: The G drive "Google Drive" is not available on the computer.

Q: How do I print from a Chromebook
Q: I can not find all my bookmarks.
A: Your bookmarks should be saved in your Chrome account. Log into Chrome to retrieve your bookmarks and settings. More information on signing into Chrome and bookmarks
Q: My screen or projector is black.
A: Most likely the display setting is set to extend giving you the ability to function as 2 separate monitors. Make sure the projector is on. Then on the keyboard, press the windows key & p (p for projector) together. A menu will show up on the side. Select Duplicate.
Q: How can I change my computer password or my Google password.
A: When you change your computer password, it will also change your Google password. Click here for directions on changing your password.
To put the default setting back, do the following:
Open Chrome
Click on the 3 dots in the upper right and select settings
Click on Privacy and security from the navigation on the left
Navigate to Site Settings
Select Additional Content Settings from the menu
Click on On-device Site Data
Select the option to Allow sites to save data on your device
