Open your class. Near the top, next to the blue SAVE button, you will see the button for Advanced. Here you can select the number of tabs a student may have open at a time while you are running Blocksi.

What's the difference between share and enforce?
If you share a link with students, it will appear on their screens for them to use. If you enforce a link, it will force the students to go to that link.

Use Assessment mode! This mode is for more than just testing time. Using this will allow your students to be on only the sites that you want them to be on.

Go to Blocked URLS and enter mail.google.com. Make sure that "Block Domain" is unchecked.

There are a few options to try:
Log out of Blocksi and then log back in.
Have affected students restart their Chromebooks.
Have affected students remove their account, and then add it back in. To do this, when they sign in there should be a little drop-down arrown next to their name. Click on that arrow and then click "Remove Account." When the Chromebook starts back up, they can add their profile back by signing in with their email address and password.
