As you move into Year 6, the expectation of homework will increase - this is to support your transition to secondary school. Below are the pieces of homework you will be set and when they are due in.
Your homework consists of:
SPaG Booklet - One activity set every Friday and due in the following Friday.
SumDog - Task set by teacher every Friday and due in the following Friday.
Read book every night.
Optional topic projects for those who wish to complete some or all of the tasks set.

By the end of Year 6, you should be able to spell all of the following words accurately. We will quiz you on these spellings every term. You might want to put these up somewhere in your house so that they become familiar to you.
Year 3/4 Spellings - You must know these.
Year 5/6 Spellings - You need to learn these.
