Travel with the WRMS Orchestra to Disney in 2027!

WRMS families are invited to join the WRMS Orchestra on an unforgettable performance trip to the Walt Disney World® Resort in Orlando, Florida! This trip is open to WRMS Orchestra students and their families and provides an incredible opportunity for students to perform, celebrate their musical journey, and create lifelong memories with friends and family.

Students will have the opportunity to represent West Ridge Middle School and Eanes ISD as musicians while performing at Disney and experiencing all the magic the Walt Disney World® Resort has to offer.

Whether you are traveling as part of the orchestra, cheering on our performers, or creating special family memories together, this promises to be an unforgettable adventure!

Who Can Attend?

This trip is designed for WRMS Orchestra students and their families. Orchestra students participating in the performance portion of the trip will have scheduled rehearsals, performance activities, and orchestra-related events as part of their Disney experience.

Other WRMS students and families are welcome to join the trip! Students who are not members of the WRMS Orchestra must be accompanied by a parent or another approved adult chaperone for the duration of the trip.

Because they are not participating in the orchestra performance portion of the trip, non-orchestra family members and students are welcome to enjoy Walt Disney World® at their own pace. They may create their own itinerary, make their own dining reservations, schedule activities, and explore the parks according to their family's preferences.

We hope this trip provides a wonderful opportunity for our entire WRMS community to experience the magic of Disney while celebrating our orchestra students!

Trip Package Includes

The all-inclusive trip package includes:

• Round-trip airfare

• Five nights at Disney's beautiful Coronado Springs Resort

Disney Trip Cost Options

The cost of the 2027 WRMS Orchestra Disney Performance Trip varies depending on room occupancy and airfare selection. Families may choose the option that best fits their needs.

Room Option and Cost Per Student/Parent

• Quad Occupancy (with airfare) $2,900 (these rooms have two queen beds)

• Double Occupancy (with airfare) $3,175 (these rooms have two queen beds)

• Single Occupancy (with airfare) $3,575 (these rooms have one king bed)

Pricing starts at $2,900 per person based on four guests sharing a room with two queen beds. Additional room occupancy options are available, with pricing varying based on the number of guests per room.
