Mrs. Stein

Hello! My name is Mrs. Stein and I am the K-4 Professional School Counselor at West Elementary. This will be my second year as the school counselor and my sixth year in the building! 

I am from Algona, Iowa and attended the public school. I received my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Dakota. In May 2023 I completed my master's degree in Professional School Counseling from Buena Vista University.

My husband, Matt, is a high school science teacher in Algona. We have a one year old daughter named Lauren and a golden retriever named Copper. In our free time we love spending time with family, going on walks, and hanging out with friends.
