In this course, students will be introduced to food safety concepts and start to develop the practical skills required for this subject.
Students will gain foundational nutrition knowledge, and learn about the ways this impacts on future health, as well as explore food marketing which will be applied through various projects. This course will help prepare students for Year 10 and senior Food and Nutrition.
