Basic Gmail & Contacts

This beginner-level messaging course will introduce Gmail and Contacts to the end user so that they are proficient in using these tools. We will cover all of the prominent features and settings to make the initial interaction with the messaging apps a positive experience.

This beginner-level calendar course will introduce Google Calendar including creating and managing events, sharing your calendar with colleagues, and editing notifications. Learn how Gmail interacts with the calendar and other applications such as Google Keep.

**Only for users of a shared or delegated mailbox**
This class will take you through an overview of what it takes to be a member and user of a Collaborative Inbox, and then switch tracks to owners and managers.

This class introduces creating and managing mailing lists. We will review important settings so you can communicate easily with users from one email address, and give an overview of the possibilities for your organization.

Drive & Drive Structure

This beginner-level class explains the Drive and Drive organization, how to upload, download and convert files, as well as demonstrates document searching, sharing permissions and folder structures. A must for anyone new to the Drive or someone who wants to improve their efficiency using folders, searching, and sharing.

Drive for Desktop

**Only for Mac users and specific PC users in the Finance & Inventory departments**
This class explores how to operate Google’s desktop application that creates a directory on your computer that directly links to your cloud-based Google Drive. We’ll look at how to download and install the application, how to directly store files in your Drive from the desktop tool, and how to decide which Google Drive files will be available while offline.

This course is an overview of the collaborative tools available within Google Workspace for all programs.

Learn how to collaborate with Google Workspace by using the sharing settings and online tools available. In addition, we will review Docs, Sheets, and Slides and collaborate in these programs with participants in real-time.

In this course we will introduce you to Google’s word processing application, Google Docs. We’ll create and format a file, examine the menu options, discuss how to collaborate and work with your version history, and export your document in various file formats.

Learn how to create a site and add rich content from integrated Google applications. Site management and sharing will help organize and secure your data, while adjusting the themes and colors can make your site unique and custom for your audience.

Forms

This class provides detailed information on how to create online surveys using Google Forms. We’ll explore how to create interactive forms and the different types of questions that can be asked. We’ll also add media and multiple sections. And we’ll wrap up by submitting our Form and consider the different ways to view the collected responses.
