I am Jasmin Schroder, your dedicated School Community Liaison, I am driven by the belief that a thriving school community is built on open communication, collaboration, and shared goals. My role is to ensure that every member of our school community feels heard, valued, and connected to the educational journey.
I have been a part of this community for the last 10 years. I have two children that attend schools in the district. Out of those 10 years I have been working for the district for the last 5 years, while still taking part in many different groups and committees such as LCAP (Local Accountability Committee), Site council for Wells and Dublin El and served on the PFC in past years. These experiences have given me a unique understanding of the needs and constraints some of our students and their families have and still face in their educational journey.
In my role as the School Community Liaison, I work closely with parents, teachers, and community organizations to strengthen the ties that bind us. Whether it's organizing family engagement events, facilitating workshops on effective communication, or collaborating with local businesses to support our school, I am dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive community. As the saying goes it takes a village! I like to think I help summon the village to help and support our students and their families. My mission is to foster a sense of belonging within our school community, where every individual feels empowered to contribute to the success of our students. I am here to listen, address concerns, and work together to create an environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
