Welcome to the 2020 Entrepreneur Competition! Each year, all of our engineering and computer science students participate in an open design competition where they have 2-3 weeks to develop a solution to a problem of their choice. These problems can range from everyday annoyances to global issues. As long as they can engineer a solution to it, they can work to solve it. The first part of the competition is held within individual classes, where students vote on which teams they think are best in areas of creativity, feasibility, and marketability. Then our top teams from each class are invited to present in front of industry judges, who will select the best teams overall.

This year we are excited to be holding our annual Entrepreneur Competition virtually for the first time. Each team will have their own breakout room for judges to visit on either May 26 or May 27 from 5pm-7pm. During these sessions, our teams will pitch their ideas to the judges and defend their solutions. We invite you all to join the online judging sessions as a spectator by clicking on the Event Schedule below. You can also learn more about the competing teams and our judges by clicking on their respective buttons below. Enjoy!
