Use a student’s readiness assessment, current grade, grade on last assessment, score on pretest, etc. as a data point.
As students this question before forming cohorts: WHICH TYPE OF LEARNER BEST DESCRIBES YOU? as a second data point.
Take both data points, along with any other observations you’ve made during class, into consideration when forming cohorts.

Number in front signifies the “day” that activity was done in class (may put the date in next year instead since those meant nothing to the students, but helped we organizationally)
