Welcome to the Emerging Nanoscale Devices (END) Research Group lead by Dr. Mainul Hossain. We are located in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of Dhaka, in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Our research encompasses the emerging topics in Nanoelectronics, Nanophotonics and Computational Materials Science. We use a multitude of simulation tools and/or  analytical/numerical techniques and models to explore a wide range of applications in low power computing, biosensing and energy harvesting. We also  collaborate with research groups around the globe to exchange ideas and make a synergy between simulations done in our lab and experiments done elsewhere!
