WHAT is Social Welfare and Development Talks or SWDTalks?

Administrative Order No.15 Series of 2015 rationalized the operationalization of the Department of Social Welfare and Development Core Group of Specialists (CGS) which is a strategy of the Department to maintain its leadership role in Social Protection and Development. The word “Specialist” connotes expertise on a particular field or profession which is exemplified by the notable members who are dubbed as experts along sectors and functional competencies of the Department.
