A lot has changed since early 2020. The era of COVID restrictions is coming to an end - wearing of masks is not mandatory anymore and rules on socializing, gatherings, and events have relaxed. But the virus still remains at present. Tied up with this is the move to make changes and adjustments to DSWD FOCAR's training specification as we gradually shift back to a face-to-face setting.
