CSIU Information

Grading System:

    The grading system utilized is based on a point system.  When you see the individual grades posted, you will also see a percentage grade next to the test/quiz/ assignment.  Those percentages are not averaged together. The student’s total number of points is divided by the total number of points assigned in the class.  This is his/her average in class. If an assignment is missing, it is not calculated into the average until the assignment is completed. 

**If there is EXEMPT next to the student's name, the points are not counted against the student.  Generally grades will be updated weekly. However, some assignments,such as essays or projects,may require a longer time to correct.
