When you go to your appointment, even if you uploaded the documents online, remember to bring:
Proof of Age: legal documentation such as a birth certificate, passport details page, baptismal certificate, etc.
Proof of Address: examples are utility bills such as hydro, water or cable, a tax bill, or a rental agreement
New International Students (born outside of Canada) Registration
If you were born outside of Canada, even if you are currently attending school within Ontario, or previously attended a DSBN school, you must go through the DSBN Welcome Centre to assess your status and other paperwork. Once you have completed the paperwork and any assessments through the Welcome Centre, they will forward documentation to the school.
